About the producer

 Hidden in the rolling hills of France's Champagne region in the Cote des Bar, La Maison Philippe Fourrier, was founded in 1847. For five generations, the Fourrier, have dedicated their lives on a culture of respect at all the levels of production, from grape to customer. All the production processes of Champagne are made on-site within 18 acres of vines. Julien, Philippe’s son, has been carefully trained for 2 decades now to master the entire development process in the production of Philippe Fourrier champagnes.

Food Pairing:

The Millésime 2014 is delicious and mesmerizing enough on its own but can transform into a different version of itself when paired with food.

In aperitif with some foie gras or creamy cheese such as Camembert, Chaource or Brie, it will go wonderfully with white meat as your main dish. Having already some apple crumble notes, we will recommend  to pair it with a not too sweet dessert.
